Thanks to Cembrani DOC Distilleria Pilzer discover how grappa, an ancient and precious spirit of Valle di Cembra, is produced. In Valle di Cembra the word “lambicar” meant to overcome misery finding smart solutions, using what people had, in this case without wasting not even a single grape and distilling its rind. Today, “lambicar” is a real art for this distillery. A tasting follows the visit to the alembics.
